Knowledgeable, honest, and cool guys. What more could you want? Highly recommended. Ask for Don. Good dude. My installation was really clean and professional, and they’ve been awesome with extended warrantee work.

They will try to refuse your warranty written in fine print. You have to push back a little if something they install breaks 1-3 months later due to poor installation. It becomes a full day ordeal to try and make them honor the 3 year warranty they originally gave you… very questionable behavior. They kept telling me “there’s nothing we can do” then they said, “you can call the head manager if you want, be he will just tell you what we’re telling you now.” So I actually called the head manager based out in St. Louis, explained the situation, and he sounded very disappointed in the Burnett team for lying. He told me right then and there that the speakers will be replaced today. The manager offered to replace the faulty speakers with higher end speakers, but they ended up sounding noticeably cheaper than what was originally installed. Lol oh well, at least they ended up fixing it.

I took my ‘95 Land Cruiser (Lucy) in for a new stereo & trail cameras. Reggie (sales) was THE MAN & took great care of me & Lucy. Their techs are the best! Don’t mess around when it comes to updating electronics in your ride. Go to the pros & have them do it right!! Thanks Custom Sounds & a special thanks to Reggie!!! 👋 🔈 📻

The guys at custom sounds did a phenomenal job on my complete car audio system and for a fair price! Elliot guided me through the entire process and communicated with me with updates. I strongly recommend these guys and make sure you talk to Elliot!
